How do I check-in at Windsor at Westside Resort?

Prior to arrival, you should receive a 5- digit gate code to access the community. This code will come from whomever you have rented from, either a property management company or the home’s owner. Upon arrival, proceed to either the Tripoli Ct, Lima Ave, or Sydney Dr entry gate, and input your unique gate code for community access. If you arrive and have not received your gate code, proceed to the main Tripoli Ct. gate and present your reservation details to our friendly staff. They will guide you through the check-in process and assist where possible with temporary access to the community. It is imperative that you receive your gate code information from the owner or property manager, as clubhouse staff CANNOT provide this information.

Are the resort amenities available to all guests and homeowners?

All guests and homeowners can access the community’s amenities. Upon entry to the clubhouse, everyone is asked to fill out a pool waiver with your name, address of the home you are renting, and number of guests in your party. This is required once a day for your party to utilize the clubhouse amenities.

Are outside food and beverages allowed? Can I order food and beverages for poolside dining?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the pool deck or in the clubhouse. Coolers are strictly prohibited on the pool deck. Tu Casa Bar and Lounge provides a full-service pool side menu, which can be enjoyed poolside!

Are pets allowed at Windsor at Westside Resort?

Windsor at Westside HOA does not have any restrictions on pets in the community, however; each homeowner has the right to set restrictions on pets within the home. Pets are not allowed at the clubhouse, only service animals are allowed access to the pool amenities.

Are there any dining options available within walking distance from the resort?

Unfortunately, dining options within walking distance are limited. We suggest renting a rideshare or ordering into the resort if looking for dining options outside of Tu Casa Bar and Lounge.

Can I book the clubhouse or meeting room for special events?

Our meeting room is available for special events! We ask for a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice prior to ensure proper notice for staff scheduling and food ordering. Pricing and rental information can be found on the events inquiry tab. You can also rent out cabanas from our pool deck for certain events. Some night events may be accommodated in the cabana areas as well. The clubhouse and other sections of the clubhouse are not available for rent.

Who do I contact for noise complaints or community safety concerns?

In case of an emergency, it is imperative that you call 911 prior to contacting on site patrol. Most Qualified Security Professionals (MQSP) provides guardhouse staffing and community roving patrols to the Windsor at Westside Community. We have Roving Patrols throughout all three phases of the community from 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM daily, with additional patrols on major holidays and busy seasons. If you have any noise complaints or community concerns, our roving patrol is available by phone at 407-902-3406 from 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM. For excessive noise complaints, you can also contact the non emergency sheriff’s office at 407-348-2222 from 10:01PM to 6:59AM.
